Two of these spaces can be combined to double this capacity. The hotel’s spacious Tri-State Ballroom, the largest in Northern New Jersey, easily sits up to 1,500 people theater-style or up to 1,200 people with either a classroom setup or traditional sit-down dining layout. This versatile space also can accommodate a trade-show configuration for up to 80 exhibitors.
The Tri-State Ballroom can be split into three mid-size spaces: The resulting New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania ballrooms are ideal for events with between 300 to 450 participants. For smaller gatherings, the Crystal Room seats up to 175 guests theater-style.
